Kenneth A. Cripe is an associate attorney at Conway & Mrowiec. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Illinois State University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College in 1999. Before his employment at Conway & Mrowiec, Mr. Cripe was President and General Counsel of CSM Mechanical, Inc.

Most recently, Mr. Cripe represented a general contractor in defeating an electrical subcontractor's delay claim on a school renovation project, successfully prosecuted a trade contractor's payment bond claim for numerous extras on a condominium project and assisted in representation of an international EPC contractor on a suspended power plant project.

Mr. Cripe is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Chicagoland Sheet Metal Contractors Association.
